These Terms of Use and Sale govern your use of the IMRGlobal™ website, social media platforms, and Shop. They should be read alongside the IMRGlobal™ Mission Statement, By Laws, and Privacy Policy, which together form the complete IMRGlobal™ governance framework. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PART ONE — USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND PLATFORMS

1. About IMRGlobal™

Indian Motocycle Riders Global™ (IMRGlobal™) is an independent, rider-led global community organisation operating the website www.imrglobalofficial.com.

IMRGlobal™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Indian Motorcycle LLC, Carolwood LP, Polaris Industries Inc., any current or former owner of the Indian Motorcycle brand, or any dealership, distributor, or commercial entity. All references to Indian Motorcycle are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. The full independence declaration is set out in the IMRGlobal™ Mission Statement.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully, not to misuse or disrupt it, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems. You agree to respect community standards in all interactions on this website and connected platforms.

Content on this website is provided for informational and community purposes only. While IMRGlobal™ aims for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information — including event listings, dealership information, World Map listings, or industry updates — is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, artwork, written content, and original materials are the intellectual property of:

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from the Principal Office. The ™ symbol reflects unregistered trademark rights.

The full intellectual property policy, including provisions governing ambassador and partner use of IMRGlobal™ branding, is set out in the IMRGlobal™ By Laws.

4. Community Content and Shared Images

Content Shared to IMRGlobal™ Platforms

Images, photographs, videos, and written content shared to any IMRGlobal™ Facebook group, social media platform, or submitted directly to IMRGlobal™ via email or message are considered shared with IMRGlobal™ for community purposes.

By sharing content with IMRGlobal™ in any of these ways, the contributor grants IMRGlobal™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and share that content across IMRGlobal™ platforms, including the website, Facebook group network, and newsletter. This licence applies unless the contributor explicitly states otherwise at the time of sharing.

IMRGlobal™ will not identify the contributor by name or tag unless they explicitly request credit at the time of sharing. Copyright remains with the original creator at all times. IMRGlobal™ will not use contributed content for commercial resale or third-party licensing without separate written agreement.

Any contributor wishing to have their content removed from IMRGlobal™ platforms should contact info@imrglobalofficial.com and it will be removed promptly.

Content Submitted for Publication

Where a contributor actively submits content to IMRGlobal™ for publication — including rider features, event coverage, or promotional material — they confirm that they are the creator of that content or have the right to share it, and that its publication does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to the IMRGlobal™ newsletter, you consent to receive periodic community updates, news, and event information. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email. IMRGlobal™ does not sell or share mailing list data. Newsletter distribution is managed through MailerLite in accordance with their privacy standards.

6. Ambassador Conduct

IMRGlobal™ Ambassadors are community representatives and regional Facebook group administrators. In their use of IMRGlobal™ platforms and in all public conduct connected to their role, ambassadors are bound by these Terms of Use and Sale, the IMRGlobal™ By Laws, and the Privacy Policy.

Ambassadors must not use their position or access to IMRGlobal™ platforms to promote personal commercial interests, third-party organisations, or any activity that conflicts with the values and independence of IMRGlobal™. Ambassadors must not misrepresent IMRGlobal™ or act outside the scope of their role without authorisation from the Founder.

Breach of these terms by an ambassador may result in removal from the programme and withdrawal of platform access. The full ambassador conduct policy is set out in the IMRGlobal™ By Laws.

7. World Map — Terms of Use

Directory Purpose

The IMRGlobal™ World Map is a public directory listing Indian Motorcycle riders groups, dealerships, IMRGlobal™ Ambassadors, independent specialists, and related businesses worldwide. It is provided as a community information service only. IMRGlobal™ does not verify the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any listed entity and accepts no liability for the services or conduct of any party listed on the map.

Publicly Listed Information

Information displayed on the World Map may be sourced from publicly available platforms including Facebook, business websites, and other publicly accessible sources. IMRGlobal™ does not alter, commercialise, or misrepresent any listed information.

User Submitted Listings

Users may submit listings directly to the World Map. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

The information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the authority to submit the listing on behalf of the group or business named.
You consent to the information being displayed publicly on the IMRGlobal™ World Map.
You agree to the listing pricing and renewal terms applicable to your listing category.

IMRGlobal™ reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.

Listing Categories and Pricing

Individual Riders — Free: A standard pin on the World Map at no cost, free in perpetuity, no renewal required.
Riders Groups — £5 first year, £10 per year on renewal: Enhanced listing including group name, contact information, region, and relevant links.
Dealers and Independent Specialists — £15 first year, £25 per year on renewal: Commercial listing including business name, location, contact details, and relevant links.

Pricing is not displayed publicly on the World Map. Enquiries should be directed to info@imrglobalofficial.com.

Enhanced Listings

Subscribers to an enhanced or commercial listing consent to the display of their full contact details, website link, and description on the IMRGlobal™ World Map as part of their paid listing agreement. Paid listings not renewed within 30 days of expiry will be removed without further notice.

Right of Removal

Any group, business, or individual that does not wish to be listed on the World Map may request removal by contacting info@imrglobalofficial.com. Removal requests will be actioned promptly and without question. The full World Map listing and removal policy, including the disputes clause, is set out in the IMRGlobal™ By Laws.

Accuracy

Whilst IMRGlobal™ endeavours to maintain accurate listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information submitted by third parties. IMRGlobal™ accepts no liability for errors or omissions in user-submitted listings.

PART TWO — SHOP TERMS AND SALE OF GOODS

8. The IMRGlobal™ Shop

The IMRGlobal™ Shop sells official IMRGlobal™-branded merchandise including clothing and accessories, and will expand to include Indian Motorcycle-related parts and accessories. All products carrying the IMRGlobal™ logo are produced with the authorisation of the Principal Office. Any product featuring the Indian Motorcycle brand requires the supplier to hold appropriate licensing from the relevant trademark owner.

By placing an order through the IMRGlobal™ Shop, you agree to these Shop Terms. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the IMRGlobal™ Privacy Policy.

9. Orders and Production

Most IMRGlobal™ merchandise is produced on a just-in-time basis. Production begins after an order is placed. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, particularly for international orders.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. IMRGlobal™ reserves the right to cancel or refund orders where necessary, including where a product becomes unavailable or where payment cannot be verified.

10. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. IMRGlobal™ does not store full card details. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is used unless otherwise agreed. Standard delivery may not include tracking or a signature on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or courier performance. Delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or courier providers are outside the control of IMRGlobal™.

Tracked or Special Delivery

Tracked or special delivery services are available upon request. Customers must contact info@imrglobalofficial.com. Where an upgraded delivery service is agreed, additional charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to dispatch. Tracked delivery is recommended for international or higher-value orders.

Confirmed Delivery

Where a delivery service provides confirmation that a parcel has been delivered to the address supplied at checkout, IMRGlobal™’s delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. IMRGlobal™ is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery to the supplied address.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but reported as not received, the customer must: verify the delivery address provided at checkout, check with household members and neighbours, check any designated safe place, and contact the local delivery provider. IMRGlobal™ will provide tracking information to assist with enquiries.

12. Risk and Loss

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Where delivery is confirmed by the carrier, IMRGlobal™ is not responsible for theft, misplacement after delivery, or issues arising once the parcel has been delivered to the supplied address.

13. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit and delivery cannot be confirmed by the carrier, IMRGlobal™ will investigate with the delivery provider. Where the carrier confirms the parcel is lost prior to delivery, IMRGlobal™ may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. For untracked services, investigation options may be limited. Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Failed Delivery and Uncollected Parcels

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is held at a collection point and not collected within the carrier’s specified time, and the parcel is subsequently returned to IMRGlobal™, this will be treated as a failed delivery due to non-collection. In such circumstances:

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Any re-dispatch of the parcel will require payment of a new delivery charge prior to re-sending.
If the customer chooses not to have the item re-dispatched, IMRGlobal™ may issue a refund for the item cost only, less the original shipping cost.

15. Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery: re-dispatch will require payment of new shipping charges, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return fees or additional carrier charges may be deducted from any refund issued.

16. Returns and Refunds

Due to the just-in-time production model, items are produced specifically for each order. Returns are accepted only where items are faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong item has been supplied. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMRGlobal™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from reliance on website content, delays caused by postal or courier services, or loss occurring after confirmed delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

PART THREE — GENERAL

18. Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and storage of personal data in connection with this website, the IMRGlobal™ Shop, the World Map, and the newsletter is governed by the IMRGlobal™ Privacy Policy, Version 2.0, April 2026. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

19. External Links and Third-Party Platforms

This website may contain links to external websites and platforms including Facebook groups and pages. Once you leave the IMRGlobal™ website, the privacy policies and terms of those platforms apply. IMRGlobal™ is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website or platform.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where you are a consumer residing outside the United Kingdom, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

21. Updates to These Terms

IMRGlobal™ may update these Terms of Use and Sale from time to time. All updates will be dated and versioned. The current version will always be available on the IMRGlobal™ website. Continued use of the website or Shop following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
